Hey there! I’m Jess, founder of Bridges2Barbells.

I’ve always cringed when I hear the words

“tell me a little about yourself,” but here goes… 


I’m a mama, wife, and dog lover. I have a degree in psychology, one that I hope to use for counseling women experiencing trauma and grief, and I love true crime podcasts, photography, paranormal documentaries (no judging), and anything outdoors (hiking, biking, etc.).

My Vision

With my experience in fitness, knowledge of macros and proper food portioning, and acquired ISSA trainer certification, my vision is to educate and empower those who desire a lifestyle change that promotes a healthy body and mind.
