Is it weird that I’m already thinking about a year from now and how I’ll likely be cringing at my first blog post? Either way, I have to start somewhere, so buckle up buttercup and join me for the ride.

Blogging is something I never seriously considered doing until I realized that all the tips and information I want to convey do not make for a catchy social media post. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve written entire paragraphs on a post just to erase it after concluding that people are just going to scroll right past the jumble of words.

So I’m here, just fulfilling my desire to create a space where people who want to learn about exercise techniques, workout regimens, and macros can do so. I have a passion to, not only assist people in reaching their goals, but to educate them about the basics of exercise and nutrition so that the mentality of constant dieting and cardio to reach fat loss goals is transformed into living a life of balance.

Specifically, I’m here to talk about mindful eating, using macros as a tool for understanding portions and nutritional benefits, specific workouts that utilize the principle of Progressive Overload (for muscle growth), and whatever else you, the readers, want to know.
